  • Keyword Competition Research: Check for metrics i.e. Search Volume, Keyword Difficulty, Clicks, Cost per Click, No of Words & finalize your keyword list.
  • Group your list of keywords(relevancy, intent, Business value)
  • Keywords for header (single word keyword with high search volume, competition), body (2 word keyword phrase with 2000 search volume, less competitive than Header keywords), Long tail Keyword phrase.

Analyzing an keyword is essential before using it, so here is how we can analyze an keyword:
  • Self Analysis
  • Any relevant content to the primary keyword on our blog/website which satisfies the customer
  • Will that traffic adds any conversions to business
  • Then proceed with keyword to analyze the keyword difficulty
  • Search for the phrase in top search engines i.e. find insights from top competitors, look for ads (more adds mean more competition, more ads above organic results mean more conversions bringing keyword)
  • Run Test Campaign Using Exact Match Keyword on Bing & Adwords, to target relevant web page and track conversion rate, impressions etc and determine exact value of keyword

  • Check for Mobile &desk top ranking,
  • Anchor text Mapping using seo tools,
  • Google search console CTR,
  • Analyze keyword Difficulty,Find any CTR Opportunity, Keyword Potential, conversion rate,Importance then
  • Create Spread sheet of above date
  • Implement suggested mapping if needed:
  • Create content if your Keywords are with out content
  • find On page opportunities to include your target keyword,
  • find the other content web pages to target interlinking for your keyword 
  • start Link building targeting the keyword.

Find the keywords those drives in local specific traffic using below suggested tricks. Local specific keywords are probably small volumes, but brings in intent traffic.
  • Collect contact us pages of your local specific Competitors,
  • Paste the same URL on keyword tools when using for keyword research 
  • Find the list if keywords these specific pages ranked for on google
  • create final list based on search volume, competition and keyword difficulty i.e. high search volume, medium competition, and less difficulty relevant keywords 
  • Consider location specific keywords included with city names around your location Example if our target keyword is SEO Agency Bangalore, Search should also include SEO Agency Mysore, SEO Agency Tirupati, and SEO Agency Mangalore and more so to target large customer base.
  • Add keywords including additional terms to keywords i.e.  SEO Agency near me, Best SEO Agency in Bangalore, SEO Agency in Bangalore, Bangalore SEO Agency, Bangalore Best SEO Agency and more to your local specific keywords list.
  • Add Long tail Local specific Keywords to your target list includes purchase intent keywords i.e. SEO Agency in Bangalore provide complete Digital Marketing Services
